In the Communication Studies Department at SRJC, we are proud to host one of the most diverse offerings among similar departments throughout California. With film courses, you will study the form and history of film, learn the art of filmmaking, and even dabble in screenwriting. With the advent of online technologies, more and more companies, institutions, and individuals have access to server space to host their own in-house films, videos, programs, and other offerings. Film classes are very important as we move into the mobile future, where and when your productions can go viral and change the world, hopefully for the better!
